By far, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly, and the water park was beyond my expectations. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, and so full of details. 10/10

Amazing resort-hotel with well maintained rooms and very friendly staff. In the middle of the hotel there's a water park with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, slides and also spa facilities, e.g. 2 saunas and a steam bath. The location is also great in the middle of the city with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing slightly missing is a proper bar. There are restaurants where drinks can also be ordered, but no dedicated bar to spend cozy evenings.

Personalet kunne godt være venligere. De var nærmest lidt strenge, ved indtjekning. Unødvendigt. Aften-buffeten var fjollet dyr. 1000 kroner, for 2 voksne og 2 børn - men dén kvalitet af mad? Ikke i orden. Vandland var vildt godt. Indretning i øvrige hotel var flot. Personalet i morgenrestaurant var flinke
