First time there. Stay was good for time frame we were there for. Bed was hard,but typical for Japanese hotel. Overall was happy especially since our room had 2 beds we couldmpush together to make 1 big one.

Room was on the smaller side but it was comfortable, the location was close to a subway station and big department stores, there was a place to exchange currency within a 10-minute walk, and the hotel staff members were very professional. Will stay there again, or near that property, if we should ever return to Fukuoka.

Staff was great and I like how the housekeeper would refill our towels daily. However the beds were extremely hard, pillows were too deflated an it was super nosy. I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of all the noise. I would not recommend this place if you want a hotel to sleep in. It is close to station and foods but nothing else is good about this place.

We have a nice stay in the hotel. The location is safe and quiet. Just a 5-minute walking distance to the heart of center. The staff are all very friendly. Just one critique is that the bath area and toilet are in the same room so it is not very convenient for a group of three of us.
