Amazing staff, always doing their best to grant an excellent stay. Great location, comfortable and clean (although some mold can be seen in the washroom). Only area of improvement I suggest is their Wi-Fi - tremendously slow: speeds should be improved.

Lovely clean Hotel. Short walk to sea front Very clean room but bed too hard for me but fine my husband Disappointed with the breakfast area. Dirty dishes were left on tables that had been vacated. Nothing was cleared away until there was no where clean to sit. Very surprised because the rest of the Hotel was spotless Staff very friendly and helpful

Very good modern hotel with often friendly and helpful staff. A few of the breakfast staff need to smile more. Very good bedroom, although cupboard and drawer storage is very limited. The hotel is ideally located for the old town and for the town centre. Both are are a comfortable walk. Breakfast is good, although the six hot items could be varied more than they are. A choice of eggs, rather than just scrambled would be good. We did not eat dinner. The rooftop bar and pool present excellent views. More staff are needed to staff the lobby bar properly.

Great location overlooking the heart of Funchal. Welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed the ambiant music that greated us each time we walked in. Breakfast and dinner were quite tasty and generous with a selection of local fruit and international fare. The roodtop bar and pool had an amazing view and were a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset.

Knowledge, helpful and friendly staff. As two female friends travelling together we felt safe and taken care by all the staff. A hot breakfast was included and it was amazing. When trying to plan a day of sight seeing the staff asked questions about needs and limitations so that we would have the best experience. Everything is in walking distance - cafes, shops, fine and casual dining. There's also a lovely little salon around the corner if you need a quick wash and blow dry or get your nails done. We highly recommend this lovely hotel if you are planning to visit Madeira.

Loved It!

Lovely stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The rooftop pool is beautiful and there's also a bar with snacks. Gorgeous view. Walkable to beach/water.

This hotel is in an excellent location and in walking distance of the old and new town. It offers an excellent breakfast with exceptional staff service particularly Rodrigo on reception who was extremely helpful and patient. We had great recommendations for tours as well. Well done to all - just wished the bar stayed open later than 2300 hrs.

Great location! Safe, quiet but close to everything. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, modern, nice shower and good air conditioning. Breakfast options were great. I would stay here again!
