BED BUGS!

We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much worse, painful with an awful itch. This lasted for over a week. The only hope for some relief was an icepack in bed. The bites were in a straight line in an unmentionable area. After more research and confirmation it was BED BUG BITES! We won't be staying here again.

Big hotel, plenty of parking, friendly staff and nice buffet food in restaurant but hotel felt very hot all the time in the communal areas, thankfully able to open the windows in our room.

Ok if you need a bed.

We just stayed for the night after a long drive and left early to hit the road again. The hotel was ok for that purpose with a cheap room but not so much more.

Very nice hotel in a peaceful setting

Excellent reception staff, room very clean and kept clean, Excellent facilities (Gym and swimming pool) , good transport links into Wismar Town, excellent value for money Downside Tried to get a table in restaurant and they could not squeeze in a table for two. How hard did they try? They could have warned me about the dress code for the Sauna !!!!

Nice Place To Stay In Wismar

Hotel is very convenient to Wismar and to Ostseebad Boltenhagen. The indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities are excellent, although each of the two days that we was there the pool was reserved for several hours for a local group of mothers and babies,about 30 in all. Wow! The dining facilities are nice, but expensive. There are no restaurants in the near vicinity. The computer in the lobby for the use of hotel guests only worked sporadically, and the desk clerks did not respond to complaints, or even seem to really care. The room was a good price for the money.

Hotellet ligger i et industriomrĂ„de det er gammelt og meget slidt de bryster sig af swimmingpool og boblebad vandet var iskoldt og det kostede penge at bruge boblebadet Der stod der var gratisk opladning af din elbil men det var der sĂ„ kun hvis man var medlem af Tesla klubben 🙁 Ydermere kostede det 5 euro at benytte p pladsen Morgenmaden var ringe SĂ„ jeg vil pĂ„ ingen mĂ„de anbefale dette hotel til nogen

Positiv zu bewerten war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Es war reichhaltig und alles schmeckte. Die Betten und HandtĂŒcher wurden tĂ€glich frisch gemacht. Den Rest des Aufenthalts kann man nur schlecht bewerten. Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht. In allen waren die DuschwĂ€nde voller Kalkflecken, die ToilettenbĂŒrsten und deren BehĂ€lter starrten vor Schmutz und die LĂŒftungen, falls es welche gab, funktionierten nicht. In einem der Zimmer war der Toilettendeckel gebrochen.Der Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche ist sehr hoch und in meinen Augen gefĂ€hrlich. Der Laminatboden im kompletten Eingangsbereich ist kaputt. Die einzelnen Bretter verschieben sich und sind rutschig. Die Teppiche in den Fluren werfen Falten, die echte Stolperfallen darstellen. Der Wellnessbereich hat mit Wellness leider gar nichts zu tun. Chlorgeruch und zwei verschmutzte Badewannen, die wohl die Whirlpools sein sollten, wirkten wenig einladend. Wir haben drauf verzichtet. Im Restaurant hingen lange StaubfĂ€den aus den LĂŒftungen in der Decke, was mehr als unappetitlich war. Alles in allem ein deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ähnlich Bewertungen gab es schon vor zwei drei Jahren, leider ist scheinbar seither nichts passiert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Der Check-In hat super geklappt. Wir hĂ€tten sogar noch - auf Nachfrage - mit Essen können, haben uns aber gegen 32€ p.P. Buffet entschieden und statt dessen in Wismar gegessen. Zur QualitĂ€t des Essens können wir also nichts sagen. Das Zimmer ist okay, die BettwĂ€sche war sauber. Die VorhĂ€nge im Zimmer mĂŒssten dringend Mal gewaschen werden (v.a. im unteren Bereich). Wir haben eine Socke vom Vormieter unter dem Nachtisch gefunden - bisschen ekelhaft, hĂ€tte man wahrscheinlich beim grĂŒndlichen Staubsaugen finden können. Eines von zwei WasserglĂ€ser hatten innen einen Kalkrand, als hĂ€tte man es fĂŒr Blumen benutzt und danach nicht sauber gemacht. Die StĂŒhle im Zimmer sind eher Balkonmöbel und absolut unbequem. Zum Badezimmer: Toilette und Waschbecken waren sauber. Die Badewanne hatte eine Glaswand zum Duschen. Diese und die Fliesen in der Dusch-Zone sind stark mit Schimmel befallen und auch die Brause könnte man Mal wieder entkalken. Außerdem sah auch hier eines von 2 ZahnputzglĂ€sern benutzt aus. Im Pool (deswegen waren wir hier und nicht anderswo) waren wir auch. War mir ein bisschen zu kalt, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Der Whirlpool kostet 2€ , wird dann aber auch scheinbar mit Frischwasser gefĂŒllt. Wir werden hier ganz sicher nicht wieder kommen.
