Newly renovated top floor unit with beach and pool view. The well maintained condominium is gated with lots of parking, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, and other amenities. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath - with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, open living room with vaulted ceiling with a new queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, large full-size kitchen that has everything you need, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the best views. The second you walk in you will fall in love with the views. Views of the beach are visible from the living and bedroom.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Seawall Beach. A gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
