Spectacular beachfront apartment with unbeatable sea, port, and infinity views, with an immense terrace. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 4 double and one single, 3 full bathrooms, double kitchen with new gas cooker, double living room with access to the terrace, well-furnished and with everything necessary to spend a dream holiday. The building has a swimming pool for adults and children, and a paddle tennis court. Includes a numbered parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.



The beach of Gandia with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine, white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or beach sports.

It offers restaurants, bars and beach bars throughout the year. It also has children's areas and activities for children.
