This is a cozy apartment for 6 people in Playa de Gandia near the beach.

Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars, and everything else you may need for a self-catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with a breakfast table.

Inside, the living-dining room is very cheerful and perfectly equipped to take a break or eat while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The renovated kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and microwave and has a small American-style bar if you want to have a quick snack while cooking. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. If two more people are staying, the living room has a sofa bed and we provide a cot and highchair for the youngest member of the family. There are also two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and the second with a hydromassage shower.

Playa de Gandia is known because of its fine-grained, long sand beach. Playa de Nort is about 3 km, offers sun loungers and parasol rentals, and has a nice sea promenade with bars and restaurants. The quiet Playa de L'Ahuir has a unique dunar system and is nice for surfing. Behind the harbor is the Playa de Venecia, a lively place with more bars. You can visit Gandia's old town and learn more about the local culture.


Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.
