Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba sucio (polvo, trozos de queso detrás de los muebles, baños llenos de pelo, el fregadero atascado, la puerta corredera del salón no se podía abrir etc). Se puso una reclamación a la persona q nos entregó las llaves ( solo se nos entregó un juego y al solicitar otro se nos dijo q no)y no recibimosrespuesta.En la cocina faltaba menaje, no había olla,pasa puré, batidora etc con lo era complicado cocinar.La atención por parte de la persona que nos entregó las llaves dejo mucho que desear. Fue poco educado y nada responsable. En ningún momento trato de ayudar. Cuando hubo un problema con el fregadero no sé implicó para nada. Nuestra experiencia con la empresa no ha sido nada satisfactoria.Al final el propietario se puso en contacto con nosotros y nos comunico los problemas que estaba teniendo con la empresa.Sinceramente creo que nuestra estancia hubiese sido mucho mucho mejor , si el trato recibido hubiese sido otro.
