Acogedor apartamento estudio en primera línea de la Playa de Gandia, situado en 9ª planta con vistas fabulosas al mar y a la playa. Apartamento de orientación Sur, así también la terraza. Tiene un dormitorio doble con armarios empotrados, un baño con bañera, práctica cocina con barra americana al salón-comedor. Desde este se accede a una amplia terraza con fabulosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. El edificio INFANTE cuenta con piscina comunitaria con charco infantil, zonas comunes con columpios para los pequeños y pista de tenis. Está situado en primera línea de la Playa de Gandía, a un paso del paseo marítimo, entre el hotel Bayren y “La Colonia Ducal”. En sus inmediaciones hay todo tipo de servicios.
