Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The house: Smelled like mold when we arrived. There was a leak from the refrigerator that soaked a rug in front of it. The area around the property had sticks and limbs over all the decks and approach. The deck furniture was filthy and we had to clean it before us. Communication was outstanding with Jackson Properties after the fact. Thankful for their concern. Hopefully they can remedy these issues and provide the next customer the experience they promised us.
