J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Malheureusement l’hôtel est un peu excentré. La vue sur le port est magnifique mais on est aussi près de l’aéroport. Si vous voulez vous rendre à la plage il va falloir vous attendre à faire de la route. Ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Une fois en ville vous pouvez prendre les transports publics. Je vous déconseille de prendre la voiture en ville de Gênes.

Für 4 sterne und für den preis finde ich es ungenügend. Das moniliar war zwar vorhanden und war von einem hohen standard, es waren jedoch an alle möbel mehrere flecken und und starke abnutzungen vorhanden. Die regendusche war total verkalkt. Wc sitz (plastik) war schon gelb. Der balkon wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt was sicher nicht an 4 sterne entspricht. Im tv waren nur italienische sender vorhanden was etwas komisch ist da ja meistens nur touristen sich im hotel aufhalten. Also etwas englishe oder deutsche sender wären nicht schlecht. Das personal war freundlich, vorallem bei der abreise. Die Dame bei der ankuft konnte glaube ich nicht so gut english. Sie verlange ständig von uns ein anderes dokument. Lange hingen wir auf den schlauch weil sie nicht sagen konnte dass sie ein dokument von den anderen personen möchte

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Dass direkt dahinter ein Flughafen ist, hat man kaum bemerkt. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Auch das zugehörige Restaurant Bistro Marino ist sehr zum Empfehlen.

Hübsches Hotel, direkt am Hafen und Flughafen.

Alle warwn sehr Nett, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Was nicht so gut war, man konnte die Klimaanlage nicht selber abschalten. Oder regulieren. Aber an der Reception konnten sie die Klimaanlage abschalten. Es war nachts kühl. Trotz Flugenhafen nebenan, wenig Fluglärm.
