The staff were absolutely brilliant could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel location was just perfect with a ten minute walk to town and five to the beach. Only down point was no draws in the room to put your cloths away. Price and value for money was excellent.

Excellent location with bus stop just outside. Taxi can be called by hotel to insure you get one. Breakfast was included and was very tasty and plentiful. Typical British breakfast.

The room was very good - quiet, comfortable bed and an excellent shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was superb. Several hot options, plus a range of cold food including cereals, meat, cheese and fruit.

This hotel served all of our needs due to its impeccable location, close to the Gibraltar airport and the border with Spain. Free parking was easily available. Staff was courteous. English Breakfast was elaborate. Need to improve communication with customers on the messaging platform of Expedia.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Whatever we needed they could tell us where to get it. We forgot our converters for our phones and have them at the desk. Having breakfast every morning was a big plus and we didn't feel rushed. Looking at the Rock every morning was really cool. Would gladly stay again at this hotel.

This was a first night of an Andalusian road trip. Staff were helpful to find us a parking spot, room was comfortable, location was a bit of a walk from the Main Street but a good compromise. Breakfast was the best of the trip.
