The highlight is the private pool area, complete with swimming pool, fun water slide, whirlpool and sauna, offering both entertainment and relaxation. The activity room invites friendly competition with billiards, table football, darts and table tennis, and also features a bar for social evenings. At the heart of the house lies the spacious XL kitchen with double ovens and dishwashers, alongside a large dining area where everyone can gather for meals, plus a sofa area ideal for films and games.
