The name Hilton has a reputation and this hotel didn’t delivery. Underwhelming appearance, maintenance not done, chips in furniture. It needs a restyling immediately. Staff accomodating, friendly and available to assist which made the stay better. Shame a new building lets in so much street noise.

The hotel’s prime location, just steps from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach, made it the perfect choice for my getaway. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular—spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking ocean views from my room created an instant sense of relaxation, and the luxurious bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep. The service at Hilton Surfers Paradise was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay special. Whether it was a helpful concierge recommendation or a warm greeting from the housekeeping team, the hospitality was top-notch. And let’s not forget the fantastic amenities! We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were relatively clean. However, we had a very unpleasant experience that affected our entire trip. While using the dry sauna, we encountered several cockroaches, and unfortunately, a few even crawled onto my wife’s legs. She has a strong phobia of cockroaches, and this incident caused her significant stress and discomfort. From that moment on, we were constantly worried about the cleanliness and the possibility of encountering more insects throughout our stay. Although some aspects of the hotel were good, this experience made it hard for us to relax and enjoy our time there. We hope the hotel management takes this seriously and improves pest control in the future.
