It is an old Hotel with the old iron folding lift which is very stiff to use but cute. The hotel rooms are spotless and comfortable. New bathrooms spacious and spotless. Staff were very compassionate and helpful Hotel is close to the Hospital, and opposite a shopping mall. There is a small carpark with boom strap. The food and staff at restaurant excellent

Well worth the stay. Great location to food, supermarkets, train station, foreshore and walking trails. Staff were professional and efficient. It was a bit of a climb to my room on the 3rd floor but it gave me a look at the beautiful old building.

I was passing through on my way to Armidale by train. Everything in the hotel was good, but it would have been good to be able to open a window, at least a little bit. I especially liked the bathrooms, which are really classy.
