Excellent location, right next to the train and bus station but surprisingly no noise heard in the room. Right opposite was Norstad Shopping mall as an extra bonus. Staff on reception were super helpful with lots of recommendations. Room was well equipped with iron, kettle, hairdryer and bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good but slightly chaotic with the amount of guests and size of the area but overall would highly recommend for a long weekend away.

Dirty mattress, lazy housekeeper not clean the room until asked, no bed sheets and had to ask staff many times and still nothing. Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Breakfast was like a zoo so many people and no seats
