Exceptional Service

Sono Calm Goyang is a great hotel from the welcome attendant upon arrival to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was checked in upon arrival even though earlier than the typical 3pm. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The hotel sits in an area with restaurants and shops which made for a nice walk in the evening and grabbing dinner.

This is far from a 5 star hotel. They keep the hallways and elevators at 27 degrees C and the rooms must be centrally managed to a point because the temp would not go below 23 degrees. They charge per use for both the spa and the pool. The restaurants are ridiculously overpriced. Hardly any english is spoken and the staff seems to be in another world.
