This charming and child-friendly summer house in Græsted offers a unique blend of old and new. The house, originally built in an older style, has received an extension that adds modern comfort while parts of the original house still stand. The summer house has an area of 100 m2 and offers six sleeping places, making it ideal for a family.



Inside the house, you'll find a cozy, small kitchen that has everything necessary to prepare summer meals. Although the kitchen is compact, it is functional and integrates elements from the house's original era, adding a sense of charm.



Outside, the house opens up to a large, well-maintained garden where children can frolic on the large trampoline or play in the safe surroundings. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation in the open air. With sun from morning till evening, it's also the ideal spot for sunbathing or evening family gatherings with a barbecue.



The location is only 750 meters from the water, so you and your family can easily take daily trips to the beach to enjoy the water and surroundings. The summer house is located in the scenic area of Græsted, known for its tranquility and beauty, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
