Clean room but very outdated. Mattress is too soft, the front desk wasn’t offering much information about getting around Grand Canyon. Grand Canyon is the only reason guests choose hotels at this village, staff should offer getting around park information. The restaurant at the property is not really a spot for dining, but mainly a bar with overpriced bar food. I would recommend others stay somewhere else next time.

Terrible water pressure. Probably could stand outside in rain and get a better shower. The shower head height was ridiculous. Carpet in room is really dated and should be replaced. Elevator door won't open all the way without getting stuck. Property needs security. Multiple shady vehicles come through in middle of night looking into vehicles.
