Clean and quiet hotel, very nice room and convenient to the south rim of the grand canyon. Based on appearance from the town, this is one of the nicer places to stay in the area and a decent value for the money. The saloon restaurant was good but a bit pricey for some menu items.

Property is very dated, its been painted but still feels run down. Not what we were expecting for over 250 a night. Bathroom door was hard to close, bed was the worse id ever slept on. It was old and way too broken in to be comfortable. The gift shop was nice and the saloon had great food, but if i had to do over id choose somewhere else

When we arrived, we found out our room was already occupied. Luckily no one was in the room and we left immediately. For our trouble, we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice! Too bad we couldn’t stay more than one night! The restaurant on the property was ok, nothing great, but not crowded, and the staff was very attentive. We would stay again.

Overall the property is ok. Didn’t like the rooms too much but not terrible. I believe a bit pricy but close to the Canyon. Very convenient. What we didn’t like was the fact that the entrance to the rooms was outside. Not want we were expecting. The lobby was very nice. Overall is a good place

This place was awful. Yes this is a resort area so we expected less but the room felt filthy. The bathroom door was beyond gross. In order to access the toilet paper you had to “touch it”. I took pics but don’t see any way to post. The beds were terrible. Sheets wouldn’t stay on. So disgusting that we found our self touching the mattress pad. Could not wait to leave!

Mold in the shower. Carpet was filty. Air-conditioner filter caked with grime and could not be adjusted. You are paying for location. The price was higher than elsewhere and the view sucked. Seemed to be popular amongst foreign visitors. Step outside your mildewy room and lick an ashtray.

We were expecting more at this price point. I know it's an amazing location, but we've stayed in downtown Paris for less than this. 3 separate buildings - we had to walk outside to get to the hot tub (temps in the 30s both morning & evening), loud plumbing noise outside our room all night long, really cheap desk chair, cheap coffee creamer - just lower quality than expected all around.

The property is old and could use an upgrade. I didn’t realize it was a motel rather than a hotel. Entrance to to rooms was from the outside rather than an indoor hallway. Cleaning staff did a good job. Restaurant was adequate. Check out was fast.

The location was convenient, and the staff were SUPER kind and helpful. The facilities themselves were a tad run down. The room door had no weather stripping or anything so thete was a huge gap where outside freezing air was coming in constantly, and the climate system was a little confusing. We did get it working, but with the cold gusts coming in the heating didnt kick in much. The shower water pressure was also very weak, too weak to wash any kind of long hair. All in all a pleasant experience, though, and great for going to the Canyon
