Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Great location, a few minute drive from the Canyon, and super close to amenities. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Loved the room. Clean, cozy, and comfortable.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel, was I got lost trying to get to my room and I could only find 1 elevator. There were not directions to stairs and elevators from inside the hotel. At night, the music from tithe hotel got too loud for me.

The website said this is very close to the North Rim and it is not! We booked here to view the north rim and then realized how far away it was almost 2 hours. So we never ended up staying at the hotel. It might be nice, but they have directions that are not correct on their third-party websites.

Loved our stay at the plaza. It was comfortable and convenient for us to visit the grand canyon. The food options were great and the food quality was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. Comfortable, clean. The atrium was amazing. The food was good. The customer service was outstanding. Cost was a little more than I usually pay, but worth every dime.
