I have stayed at this property before without incident, however this was the first time i was on the ground floor. I got in very tiredd after an 11 hour drive and the toilet had issues flushing. I elected not to complain. Then i fell asleep and within 30 minutes my dog was barking at a rat on the bed and chased it under the bed getting a scratch on the neck. We are still waiting for test results on the dog for possible infetion. The staff refunded our amount in full but it still does not compensate for the expense and trauma with the dog and subsequent few days. Dont stay on the ground floor in this place.

Amazing hotel! The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Room was super clean and spacious . Good enough area for pets to use the restroom (just please make sure theres more bags out). Will definitely be staying at this Quinta Inn when staying in flagstaff.
