Needed a better explanation of the make up of Grand Canyon Village - more a widespread collection of resorts than a village. Otherwise, all was good and the shuttle service very useful
Great place to stay for Grand Canyon visit. Shuttle runs every 10 minutes that’s free to visitors and takes you to village and neighboring hotels. Plenty of food options and grocery store and gift shop. Family loved this stay.
Second time staying at this place.I can find enough positives reviews to say. Me and my family had a great stay. The front desk is friendly and welcoming and very informative.
Definitely going back.
Great stay! Very clean room. It was a nice touch they had kennels inside of the pet-friendly rooms. Close distance to the shuttles, easy parking, and a short walk along the main road to the main lobby/restaurant/and the grocery store.
The bathroom shower had red mold, and the ac unit had a lot of lint in the filter so it made a loud rattling noise, other than that it was pretty nice for being an older lodge. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but it’s definitely a good place to stay if you want to hike early in the morning.
We lived the quiet and visits from the deer. The area around the acoom with iutdoor seating was perfect to relax in, it was only a 15min walk to the rim through the forest. Only issue was sone hairs left in the bath and a dirty batheoom floor, all the rest of the room and linens were spotless.
