I had to wait over 5 minutes to check in One person said I didnt need a parking pass because I wss using my moms handicap plaque as she was with me. The next one said I needed one regardless. My vehicle was hit in the psrking lot. The cleaners only dumped my trash one day and left a note saying they were short staffed and couldnt make the bed.it also said they changed the towles but because they weren't on the floor they didn't do that. They did give me more coffee. They didnt even come in the next day so no coffee in the room for me.

Door to adjoining room was bent and while it locked, it it was cracked open at the top by an inch. Door key magnet strip was faulty and I had to go down every third time I unlocked the door. And no, I didn’t leave near a magnet or phone. Only at the final (6th) time that I had to get it fixed over the 2 nights, did I get a half-hearted “sorry”.

Rooms are old and the staff argued when i recorded issues with booking. The room was stifling and the AC hardly worked and the window doesn't open. Only about half the channels on the TV worked same with the buttons on the remote

Close to the airport Property only has one set of elevators in the lobby which can make it tricky at times for a dog friendly hotel. We love being able to bring our pup with us how ever so a thumbs up for that! It is also a popular spot in Grand Junction for Karaoke! Over all a nice place to stay
