Everyone was very nice. The room were clean, but I had a problem. There was an odor in the room. I told him about it three times. It was like sewer gas. It seemed to be really bad at night. No one ever came. No one ever said anything. They just thanked me for letting them know, but I told him it was very bad. I needed to have some help.
