We enjoyed our stay at Oneida. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the food was surprisingly good. My only complaint is that the bathroom in our room was awkward. Only a shower and a toilet. The sink was outside the shower, which is fine. But there was no hint of a shelf, vanity, counter, nothing. What am I supposed to do when I get out of a hot shower and dry off. Leave my clothes on the floor where they can get wet, or walk naked out of the warm bathroom to get dressed. A small piece of furniture would go a long way, and there is room.

The cleanliness was shaky. At first look it was fine but as we sat down there were crushed chips under the edge of the bed. On one bed, the blankets were pulled up on one side and tucked but on the wall side they were tangled and gave the impression that it had not been remade completely or maybe even not changed. I was glad we had two beds. The other looked nice and fresh. The shower water was only luke warm. It could not be adjustwd to be any warmer. We would not stay there again. The restaurants were nice and the service and food very good.

Room was clean. Staff is courteous. Shower could've bee 5 degrees hotter. Not sure if t.v. pulled away from the wall and could swivel. If it doesn't it should. Casters on the faux hardwood floor really move fast. Within easy walking distance to the casino is a "double-edged sword".

Clean room, great staff, I would have liked a smart TV because there was not much to watch on the TV for those of us who don’t gamble. That and it’s a fair distance to the elevator if you’re down the hall in an uneven hallway.
