The staff was so very helpful mainly I think her name was Diane she is one of the twin sisters. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us during our stay. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. It’s an old hotel I believe they are in the process of an upgrade which is so needed. Will return because of the staff and to see the changes hopefully made.

There are to many people loitering in the parking lot begging for money and the smell of pot was strong from locals using the parking lot, but not staying there.

There was no breakfast, no working ice machines, people smoking pot at entrances most times. Newly painted and refurbished room but not well finished at all, the bathroom door nearly fell off because the pin was in upside down.

I had two rooms. One was fine. The second one was….. 1st - Uncleaned 2nd - Someone else was in there 3rd - Uncleaned 4th - Someone else was in there The second room we finally got was on the second floor. Awkward, since I was there as a coach with wrestlers. There’s no elevator and only one of the staircase doors was open at the top. The TV didn’t work. Breakfast was just the waffle maker and stale baked goods the first day. No housekeeping between days - they didn’t even replenish the in-room coffee. The second day it wasn’t even open at 6:40am on a Monday. I couldn’t even get coffee there.

The staff was friendly. Although there has been renovations and the rooms are reasonable, the hotels around there is not the best. For a better stay for your money this is definitely an excellent value.

Strange, half finished but clean

It was clean, but kind of like an impromptu movie set. All the pieces were there, but it looked like props had moved in just before checkin. There was a big handwritten sign that said “no breakfast,” and another that said “$200 cash deposit” and something about extended stay. 1 night at that price was worth it. But if my wife had been with me, she would probably have opted to get a refund and go elsewhere
