The front desk employee did not welcome There was a fight outside the hotel in the parking lot. No security no police seen. No hair conditioner. The room above us a lot noisy can’t sleep good. No sink in the bathroom.

very uncomfortable room. checked in very and got assigned to a room where i can hear everything from outside. the heater was so loud and sound like broken engine. even though morning front desk staffs were helpful but the person checked us in at night was rude. I don't know why they don't like when the room is booked using third parties site.

I was charged 210 for the room at check in and I was also charged a 210 deposit on the room at check in. I was checked in by someone who was training. I went to the front desk to be told they charged both and that there was nothing they were going to do. That if the room was left in good condition and we didn’t have any incidental items we would get the money back in 7-10 business days. Having a hold of the entire charge for the room is excessive buyer beware

The breakfast was very good and plentiful As well as the coffee We had a King room and sofa bed so we had to get linens the pillows need to be upgraded as well as the bed spread I asked for extra sheets …we were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t a real issue the free breakfast made up for going to the lobby 3 times otherwise the stay was Great after a long football tailgating day
