I stayed here a few time as a stopover on long trips. The lounge is great and the property overall is pretty fabulous however it is very big and can take a little while to get around.

While we stayed only main entrance open and the revolving door shut down along with other entrances. Made loading and unloading luggage tough and it was cold and windy and bell man didn’t offer to help until after we loaded everything up and get it in through the regular doors into the lobby. Don’t need you now. Other than that place was nice.

Their security guard was very rude upon my arrival. I parked in front of the hotel to check in and unload my luggage. The security guard was irate that I parked in front of the hotel until I reminded him of the hotel policy and the sign they have posted, that allows the customers to park in front of the hotel for ten minutes to allow the customers to check in. I was mean mugged by the security guard during my entire stay each time we crossed paths. This type of behavior by employees needs to be corrected asap. If I wasn't in town grieving the passing of my father, I would have been in the right mind to discuss the matter with management and resolve the issue.

The hotel states that they have security in there parking lot, but when you car is broken into at night, they say to bad for you. They provide security but when it's not secure somehow it's not there fault. Didn't get an oh my let me see what we can do to help you. It must happen a lot here as employees were not surprised. Only stay here if you want your car broken into and your stuff stolen. You have been warned.

Parking was an issue with so many different conferences that were happening in the hotel. The bar was almost never open which was weird I just wanted to watch the football game and get a bit to eat but that was not possible
