Hotel does not come with parking and you have to pay extra for valet, 220mxn per night. Valet is 24/7 so thats nice staff is always there to help.

Roof top bar has some of the best drinks ever. There's a scent in the lobby that's not to appealing for some of us, it's not a bad scent, if some sort of deodorizer, it triggered my allergies. The ironing board in our room was broken, we notified the front desk staff and it was never replaced.

Had a hard time finding the valet parking for the hotel. Should have a sign to make it more visible. Overall the stay was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, had to request more towels twice.

This property is at the center of downtown. Everything is a couple of minutes walking distance. The staff here was amazing. The valet guys gave us tips to stay safe, but overall our experience here was great! Definitely coming back and recommending it to family and friends. Thank you!!!

Everything was good, only thing is that we had a view to the cathedral which was beautiful, but there was a religious event that lasted from 12am to 5 am plus there was another event following it that passed right by our window. Maybe if the hotel would have mentioned it would be happening I might have booked a different room. Overall, I would stay here again.
