My sister and I stayed for two nights we both work remotely and had a bit of inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection dropping in the middle of our conference calls. Wifi network is weak. Also at the time of checkout, Make sure if you want to go to the rooftop to do so before the check out once keys are turned in they will not allow you to go up unless you pay $18 cover fee per person, we wanted to grab a bite to eat before leaving but the $38 added fee was just ridiculous.

The best hotel in Guadalajara without a doubt. The building itself is modern and classic. The rooftoop is emblematic. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you have plenty of options. The rooms, the location & all the staff are five stars: professional, kind, resourceful.

Property and location is perfect, however, management and staff are really unprofessional. Roof top does not prioritize guest, they focus on locals. Accessing a good table is impossible. If you have a guest visiting you past midnight, front desk wants to charge a fee otherwise they are not allowed. Because of this inconveniences, I asked to speak to a lead manager in two occasions and they never got to me. I will for sure
