Every time we travel to Guadalajara this is our favorite place to stay. Unfortunately in this occasion I was expecting a little token of appreciation. because they knew that we were celebrating our marriage, we had to pay extra money for a permit to take pictures on the premises. other observations the blanket, the carpet and dust on the furniture. Hopefully the administration reed this and pay attention to this complains, because this is a beautiful hotel.

Quinta Real is a hotel from which the highest is expected. The jacuzzi did not work at all and no explanation was offered. The tours suggested were with incomplete information as to what’s required. The transportation for the tour was in a vehicle that had a strong cigarette smell and in poor condition. I couldn’t risk eating at the place since it look like a regular cafeteria menu so I have no positive nor negative comment for it. The place in general is clean, beautiful, and well staffed. They were very courteous. Night sift staff were superb. Towels were old for this kind of hotel. I guess it just needs more attention to the little details.

We go to Guadalajara a lot and have stayed at other hotels. This will forever be my go to from now on. The hotel is beautiful and it makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. The food is sooo delicious. Service and cleanliness is at a very high standard. It was a friends trip so we had three rooms, all of our friends loved it. Every single staff member went above and beyond. We will be back soon.

The Quinta Real is a beautiful hotel. It is close to good restaurants, the staff is very friendly, easy for taxi/uber pickup. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.
