The hotel didn't arrange my booking. Theydidn't assist in finding my booking. I had a hard time contacting Hotels.com to confirm my booking with them. In the end, they didn't give me the room type I booked and I got a very small room that was not worth the price I booked. I didn't receive a refund or apology from the hotel.

Staff and valet were polite and awesome.Free tea, coffee, latte, espresso, and you make it all on your own. They had a laundry room free of charge with detergent, etc, available! Close walks to many venues and restaurants. Free water and ice. Had vending machines downstairs for late night munchies.

The hotel's location is superb—very close to the Canton Fair and with easy access to downtown. The rooms are lovely, spotless, and had everything I needed. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
