Echarm Hotel is Not Ready For Prime Time! Not Business-friendly. No Internet Service. No English Speaking Front Desk Staff. Limited to NO Transportation to the Canton Trade Fair as Advertised. (Bus only available on Day 1 and we left 1 hour late from hotel.)No amenities except a clean room. Reserved for 4 nites but left 1 day early because no INTERNET and no way to do business around the Trade Fair (the reason we booked this hotel).This hotel falsely advertises amenities that do not exist. The front desk handed me back my phone and said "sorry, no Internet service for you" They used their phones translation app to convey their lack of service. We recommend to EXPEDIA to refund our last day reservation. It was impossible to do business if we stayed at Echarm for the full 4 nites.
