Good place to stay near airport. Staff have a hard time to speak English but that’s pretty common in China . Came for trade show and they provided free bus transportation which was great perk . Liked the place . It was not top notch but great value . Breakfast could be better

The hotel itself was lovely and we had a great stay during a layover. However the free shuttle bus was not as great. We called before we left the uk to arrange the free shuttle bus and were told to call on arrival. We did this and the call wouldn't connect, due to a fault in their line. We spent nearly £30 in calls and 3 hours stuck in the airport trying to reach the hotel before an airport employee was able to reach them on our behalf. Once reached the hotel were very helpful but frustrating having to spend £30 on something that is supposed to be free. Would have been cheaper getting a taxi.
