The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were particularly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which was greatly appreciated. The carpet would benefit from being replaced, as it gives a slightly worn and dated impression. In addition, water tends to stagnate in the bathroom after showering, creating a pool of cold water on the floor. This is neither comfortable nor practical. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but a few technical improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The staff are extremely helpful. We even was given an upgrade to an executive suite for free. We relied on the staff to give us directions and travel advice daily for our 8 days stay. Highly recommend for a happy stay. The metro station is right in front of the hotel.
