Over priced hotel with practically no customer service . Rude employees and they just assist in their terms. Very conveniently located , seconds away from shopping, food, subway train and tourist activity and close to pearl river. Rooms especially bathroom is extremely dirty, broken toilet seat. Hotels need Remodeling desperately ... Rooms are damped. Building looks nice and grand from outside. I don't recommend any Americans to stay there ...

Not for International business travelers!

Clean and acceptable, but beds are hard. Staff does not speak a word of English, so bring Google translate. Cash only here and pay up front. Credit cards not accepted. Not a convenient hotel for the international business traveler.
