Don't stay here

Sorry, but the service was really poor. I found it very disappointing that you couldn't call me a taxi. Even the staff checked with the Manager and they refused to do so. Is this how a good hotel operates? Thanks to having to walk up the road (with luggage), I hailed a cab myself but regrettably missed my flight.
