Friendly staff; Zhang and Wu at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Nice, clean modern hotel. A bit of a distance from major attractions but subway and train station is very close. Gym has limited equipment.

The breakfast was great. The staff very helpful. The property has been newly renovated. Very spacious and clean. The location is OK; it doesn't have as much dining options nearby as other hotels in Guangzhou I have stayed at, but there's a great restaurant next to the hotel which is good if you can get there before it closes at 9pm.

room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay especially when we had difficulty using Meituan for food delivery and luggage storage after we checked out. do note that even though the rooms are non-smoking rooms, there is still occasional smells coming from the exit staircase where our room was near. location is quite far from the shopping areas / attraction but location was quiet, not bustling noisy. also, even though we have 3 persons, housekeeping kept giving only 2 towels whenever they cleaned up the room and we had to request for an extra towel after every housekeeping.

Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! Thank you! As the hotel is not near eatery, as far as I am aware, best to have your dinner in the city before returning to hotel. However , there are 2 small family owned mart on each side of hotel to stock up on convenience.

Me quedé hospedado por 2 semanas. Era mi hotel base para la Canton Fair. El hotel es excelente! Hubo varios servicios de shuttle bus a la Expo, que se encuentra a 6 km del hotel. El hotel tiene como un año. Todo nuevo, moderno y de buen gusto. La cama excelente. Las ventanas son insonoros así que tienes un descanso garantizado. El desayuno es muy bueno, tipo buffet mixto, oriental y occidental. Lo único malo es que no ofrecen cena en su restaurante. Solo el desayuno. Tienen un cuarto de lavado en donde se puede lavar ropa gratis. Hay 6 máquinas y jabón y suavizante a tu disposición. El personal estaba siempre muy atento y amable. Si no les alcanzaba el inglés, se apoyaban con una App de traducción. Hasta pidiendo un late check out hasta las 15:30 hrs no era ningún problema. Una experiencia totalmente agradable. El hotel aún no tenía reseñas, me guiaba solo por las imágenes y todo excedió mis expectativas!!!
