Room for improvement

Location is good - close to subway and in a great shopping/eating district. The hotel is quite nice, but they let themselves down in a few areas. Check in took too long. The cleaners were lazy; I used a coffee cup and they clearly just wiped it off instead of swapping it out or cleaning it properly, and anything in the bathroom with corners had muck in them. Laundry sent before 11am was supposed to be returned that evening, but instead it took a day extra after I was supposed to check out. Renovations were taking place and a sign by the elevator said works would be done between 9am and 6am. They were still going at 8pm every day including weekends.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff

Hotel was nicely located near the TiyuXilu subway station and is close to a lot of eateries and a couple of shopping malls. TiyuXilu is also relatively centrally located against the main Guangzhou sights and sounds which makes it a good place to start out from. Only problem is that there are rooms with no windows which makes the room claustrophobic. The walls are also thin so light sleepers need to bring earplugs or at times the conversations in neighboring rooms would flow into your room. For short stays, I would recommend this place but would be hesitant to recommend it for stays longer than 5 days. Staff are also bubbly and friendly especially if you can speak relatively OK mandarin and they provide breakfast vouchers as they don't have a restaurant to service the guests.

Nice and Convenent Hotel to Stay

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Very convenient and near the metro and underground shopping areas. The hotel is only one line to the airport hence it is so convenient for us to get to the airport without any issue but bear in mind you need to lug the luggage on the escalator which could be quite a hassle. But the location and convenience kinda of make up for that

Convenient & clean hotel

It's a very relaxing trip.Shopping & food are great. Hotel is clean & bed is comfortable.There are Cake shops and Restaurants around Hotel. MRT is nearby.

nice hotel close at MRT station

Hotel air conditional good and every day clean the room. From airport to hotel by MRT only 45 min, walk 3 min arrive hotel. Around hotel have many restaurant and walk MRT underground we can go to big book store , shopping mall.

THE MAP IS WRONG!

WARNING!!! The map for this hotel is WRONG. It is not located next to the Stadium, but further south near Tiyu West Station (see Guangli Road). Take exit A from that station. Hopefully hotels.com fixes this as I walked around for an hour trying to find it. Fortunately I found someone who spoke English and could help me. Once I got there, the hotel was great - really modern and comfortable. No windows in the room but that didn't bother me for one night.
