Great holiday

The property was booked to stay near to family who also have a property at the same complex. The apartment was excellent and was better than the pics in the advert. Many thanks also toMarie who communicated very well. Overall a great experience for the family.

Very good no problems excellent location

Nice and quiet very clean air condition in every room plenty of space even for grumpy teenagers ha ha would highly recommend 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach 5 minutes drive to a busy town just great

Lovely Apartment

We were very late because of a missed flight but Veronique was very accommodating. The language barrier was a little difficult but we managed. Our only criticism and it is not really a criticism would be that we did not have a full address to give the taxi driver but again he was very helpful in ringing Veronique for us. Also a welcome pack would have been appreciated because we had no supplies until after 10 the next morning when the supermarket opened. We would have happily paid extra.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The beach is fabulous and the pool area is also very good. If you haven’t got a car it is quite a walk into town. The Italian restaurant on the urbanisation is excellent.

Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

The apartment is nice, better than the pictures shown, with AC in all rooms including the bathrooms. It is bright and airy, and doesn’t get too hot. There are no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes the old fashioned way. We found only French TV channels. WiFi has good capacity. The garage is good, but you have to be a good driver to wiggle in and out. The drawback with this urbanizacion is that there are just one restaurant and a small mini market close by. There is a bus stop with connection to the centre of Guaradamar. We didn’t use the pool area, but it seems fresh and not too crowded. I recommend Nathalie’s place.

Très bon séjour

Appartement spacieux, propre dans une résidence très calme. Nathalie nous a accueilli avec le sourire et était présente pour toutes les questions que nous avions eu pendant le séjour. La plage est tout proche. Il faut marcher un peu pour accéder à la piscine. Le positif c'est que nous n'entendions pas le cri des enfants. Le garage est très pratique car il est difficile de se garer dans la rue. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

Apartamento zona campomar

El alojamiento y la atención ha sido inmejorable, por cercanía a la playa de 10 lo único que es imprescindible coche para poder ir hasta el pueblo y hacer compras ya que al ser una zona residencial no hay ningún tipo de establecimiento. Lo recomiendo. Sin lugar a dudas. Nuestras próximas vacaciones valoraremos la posibilidad de volver.

Fantástico apartamento.

Un apartamento muy fresco, apenas pusimos el aire acondicionado en pleno agosto y muy cerca de la playa, la limpieza excepcional. Además no le falta detalle ni de cocina, ni de lencería de hogar ni de nada. Con lavadora, cafetera, tostador... La entrada y salida muy bien atendida por María y las preguntas rápidamente respondidas por Nathalie. El garage genial porque en la zona es difícil aparcar en agosto. En nuestro caso la única pega fueron las almohadas que son cojines grandes y si tienes problemas de espalda debes tenerlo en cuenta, pero vamos en general es un apartamento fabuloso al que probablemente volveremos.

una estancia muy agradable

Lo más destacable de este alojamiento ha sido la limpieza, una limpieza extrema que no nos habíamos encontrado en otros alojamientos, enhorabuena. El apartamento es fresco y bien ventilado, y la urbanización bien cuidada y tranquila. Lo habíamos alquilado para seis personas y al final solo hemos ido tres (por causa de la pandemia en Inglaterra), quizá nos hubiera resultado un poco justo para los seis. La zona es muy agradable, pero hemos echado de menos algún comercio en la urbanización, y alguna farmacia. Es cierto que Guardamar está cerca, pero los desplazamientos tienen que hacerse en coche, teniendo en cuenta que las personas mayores no andamos tanto. La playa está muy cerca y la piscina también, hemos podido disfrutar de las dos, y la impresión general ha sido muy positiva y satisfactoria.

Chouette appartement,d une propreté exemplaire.Bien équipé! Idéalement situé à 150m de la plage et à 50m d une super piscine avec bar et petite restauration. 3 chambres , 2 salles de bains , idéal pour d agréable vacance en famille.
