Doesn't deserves the price. All bad experience started with the check in. We paid for ocean view room and was "upgradeed" to a room facing a wall. Pools was cold. Food was bad, one of the kids get sick. Almost impossible to book a restaurant and cooking there was bad too. Worst experience ever. Room also wi bathroom problems. Will never return to this hotel and not recommend for anyone.

The staff was the key! Everyone here was so nice. The food was good and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The inclusive bar was a bit deceiving because there didn't seem to be much available but it was okay.

We had an amazing time with our family. The beach was perfect, the staff treated us with exceptional kindness, and the Italian restaurant was outstanding. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely return!
