I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and while it had some positives, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The food quality was decent, but not exceptional—average at best. The wine was fine, nothing too special, but it did the job. The staff were fantastic, always helpful, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. However, the salespeople on-site were a bit too annoying On the bright side, the resort itself is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in the upkeep of the facilities. However, it’s essentially in the middle of nowhere. The beach had a lot of seaweed when I visited, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s just nature at work. However, it did impact the overall beach experience a little. All in all, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with helpful staff, but just keep in mind the remote location.

Al llegar, no había parqueo, tuvimos que dar una vuelta para entrar por la salida del hotel; luego metemos en una fila que nos duró una hora y más para terminar el check-in, y cuando entramos a la habitación como a las 4 de la tarde, escuchamos un ruido fuerte que sale de la caja de breaker, llamamos a reportar y vino una persona de mantenimiento para revisar, dijo que se dañó algo y regresara con la pieza, así esperamos hasta casi 9 de la noche que no podemos descansar, tuvimos que ir a la recepción para reclamar nuevamente, y finalmente nos informaron que no se encontraba la pieza y nos cambiaron a otra habitación. Lo peor es, la piscina que pertenezca a la habitación SWIM OUT de esa categoría estaba sucia ....

In my opinion, the resort was OK. I don’t wanna be a person that holds everything to high standards but when you pay $1000 or more, you should get a very good service and not be lied to make people run around often you to give you gifts and welcome gift and you never receive nothing The clean. I stated I stood there for four days. The room only got clean once I only got room service once very bad service not a lot of food choices not a lot of food choices. My recommendation is not to go there my opinion been there once. Never going back again.
