Nice hotel with poor management

The hotel is located at the center of the city by the scenic Banyan Lake. Easily accessible to public transportations and restaurants. Although the facilities of the hotel is generally approvable as a 3 star hotel, its management proves to be poor. 1) timely maintenance is obviously lacking as stains and dirts were seen in the bathtub; 2) shower curtain is too long and its lower part is molded -- it should have been replaced long ago; 3) Though there are signs of 'non-smoking ' in the lobby and corridors, we found a group of local tourists smoked and chatted at the corridor, while the hotel staff did not dare to stop them; 4) the downstairs hotel restaurant is smoke friendly and we could hardly find a seat far away from smokers. We wll find a more decent non- smoking hotel other than Rong Hu next time.
