It was okay, but stuff like microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle are not included in basic rooms, and instead are only available for IHG premium. Only found out about this after I had moved in my luggage. Hosts are great and very friendly.

A good location with just 10-15 minute walk from the Train station and also from all the main parts of Haarlem such as the shopping area and restaurants/bar areas. Room was spotless and really nice decor. Bathroom was small but more than adequate. It had a fantastic shower. The main gripe is no Kettle to make a cup of tea. This really is poor.
