Ruhige Lage - sehr guter Zustand von Haus und Einrichtung

Wir haben uns im Haus schnell wohlgefühlt. Gemütlich, komfortabel und sehr vollständig einrichtet. Ruhige Lage auf einem großen Grundstück (Mähroboter im Dauerbetrieb!) in zweiter/dritter Reihe mit ein wenig Meerblick. Kleines Manko: Es gab keine „Hausmappe“. Der Fernseher (der ausschließlich streamen kann!!) und die Heizung im Wohnzimmer sind uns bis zu einem Anruf bei NOVASOL im wesentlichen ein Rätsel geblieben. Keinerlei Informationen über die Umgebung (Einkausmögichkeiten, empfehlenswerte Restaurants usw.). Und der Warmwasservorrat reicht bestenfalls für eine Person, dann ist warten angesagt. Trotz dieser Abstriche ganz sicher ein feines Haus!
