Lovely vacation home near the beach
Just south of Haderslev, in Diernæs Strandby, this lovely, spacious holiday home is located only about 400 metres from the water. Free internet. There is an 11 kW charger for electric vehicles.
The living room is cosily furnished and features a TV with Chromecast. The house is heated with electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, and also has a heat pump in the living room and conservatory.
There is a wonderful, large conservatory with a lovely view of the garden and greenery. It offers both a comfortable lounge corner and a dining area.
The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The house has 3 pleasant bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available in the house.
Outside, there is both an open and a covered terrace. Garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers are provided. Parking is available on the property.
About 300 metres from the house, there is a large playground with outdoor fitness equipment.
The area has a lot to offer. Around 15 minutes north of the house lies Haderslev’s historic town centre with winding cobbled streets and an impressive cathedral. Visit the museums and discover Northern Europe’s largest collection of earthenware.
Pandekagehuset / Genner Hoel / High Park Sønderjylland is located 7 km from the house and offers a different kind of forest experience — high up in the treetops. Note: Not for commercial rental.
