The apartment is brightly decorated with kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a bathroom on the ground floor with access to a terrace from which there are sea views. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and one with two single beds overlooking the water as well as the landing with a sofa bed. TV is in the house but currently. no TV channels There are large common areas that invite to play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.
