Overall our stay was very nice. A couple things to note - parking isn’t free, it’s $25 per night. We were not made aware of this until we arrived. The breakfast is lacking quite a bit. We could never find seating, and it’s not a full breakfast, with alternating options on each day. For example, first morning we were offered eggs and hashbrowns, and the next morning there were pancakes instead of hashbrowns. Other than those concerns, this is a very nice hotel. It’s pretty old and needs some renovating, but it’s more than acceptable… especially with its location.

Great location, walkable to University, downtown and harbour areas. On-site breakfast was good, but we found many other fantastic local coffee shops to try for breakfast (e.g. Steve-o-Reno’s is literally across the street). Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was top notch! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was wonderful. Coffee was even provided throughout the day.
