Fantastic stay at the Lord Nelson! We were on a red eye and the wonderful hotel staff were able to accommodate an early check in. Mary at the front desk was incredibly friendly and check-in was smooth and efficient. Location of the hotel was perfect! Lots to see and do, all within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel with an old world charm. Was historic in nature so had smaller older elevators but very beautiful. Clean and beautiful room with very comfortable beds and super soft towels. Front desk staff was not very helpfull or knowledgeable but there was a conference in town so perhaps they were understaffed. Great restaurant with friendly servers, wonderful location across from the park and easily accessible. Would highly recommend

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff so helpful, however the room we stayed in could have been better in terms of design and the bathroom/shower experience was not very good (hardly any water pressure and issues with water draining).

I was there volunteering for an event. My stay was lovely! The staff was really kind and professional. At one point I had gone into my room but the door didn’t close all the way and I hadn’t noticed. A staff member knocked on the door shortly after to let me know it wasn’t closed as a safety pro-caution. That was amazing.

They hosted a beautiful event. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only complaint is that the room was too warm ! The air conditioner would only go as low as 19.
