Es ist immer wieder ein nach Hause kommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ALLE sehr freundlich und auf den Gast bzw. des Wünsche eingehend. Auch beim nächsten Hamburg Besuch wird das Hotel Hafen Hamburg meine erste Wahl sein.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Uns gefällt die Lage an den Landungsbrücken und die gute erreichbarkeit, bzw. S-Bahn-Anbindung. Wir haben uns spontan für ein Upgrade mit Hafenblick entschieden. Zu einem fairen Aufpreis war dies unkompliziert möglich. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekte Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über den Hafen! Die super nette Dame an der Rezeption gab uns den Tipp, dass man über den Kuhsteig treppenlos zu den Landungsbrücken gelangen kann. Danke! Da wir anfangs unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warmes Wetter hatten, war das Zimmer sehr heiss, da leider keine Klimaanlage. Und es waren Gäste anwesend, die bis nach 02.00 Uhr draussen laut gefeiert haben. Somit war es schwierig, zu schlafen. Wir würden das Hotel aber trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sehr schönes Hotel an super Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen. Leider sehr laut, da die Bahn gleich neben unserem Zimmer vorbei fuhr. Es gibt im Hotel ruhigere Zimmer. Würde ich bei der Reservation anfragen. Sonst alles super!
