Great location - very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. The only minor issue was a slow drain in the shower cabin, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Good location and an OK stay

Chosen for location next to main station, the whole experience was good from start to finish. Room was spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast of a good standard. Small negatives were the weak air-con (I was glad it was not a hot night), the horrible plastic undersheets (I slept on the spare duvet), tiny bathroom and low water pressure.

I would recommend this hotel of two reasons: 1) good location, right beside the sentral station and close to the walking street which leads to the Rathausmarkt. 2) good services. I have my baggage delayed but got a lot of help from the young man at the reception. It is a budget hotel, but still it would be good to have coffee and tea/water cooler at the room.

Perfect stay in Hamburg

I like the hotel position, near Rail Station and City Center. The room was perfect, clean and cozy. Many TV channels including Italian national channels I like to watch for news and sports. The breakfast was almost perfect.
