Nice hotel close to almost everything

Hotel is quite modern, clean, friendly staff, breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious enough. Gym is small and somehow squeezed into a hallway. Hotel is located very close to Sternschanze station.

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: Everything
Fantastic hotel, great location and super close to the train links. Great views and really nice staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I’m still shocked, Saturday morning at around 7:30 am, still sleeping, and all of a sudden a technical alarm was announced, I have to jump up of bed and have to leave the hotel room right away, I only grab my passport and run out with my Pyjama on. I stayed on the 10th floor and the fire exit was full of hotel guests, it took me around 15 mins to reach outside the hotel. Such a bad experience

We are glad that it was only a false alarm and no persons were harmed. Die Atmosphäre ist schön, die Ausstattung aber nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Im ganzen Hotel gibt es für 17 Etagen nur drei Aufzüge - das ist absolut unterdimensioniert und führt zu Wartezeiten am Aufzug, die gut und gerne mal 20 Minuten dauern können. Morgens zu duschen war wirklich unangenehm, da es spätestens alle 30 Sekunden einen heiß-kalt Wechsel der Wassertemperatur gab. Die Zimmertemperatur konnte man nicht einstellen und nachts war es im Zimmer sehr laut, da man Musik und Bässe aus dem angrenzenden Park im Zimmer auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gehört und gespürt hat.

Unter den besonderen "Corona-Voraussetzungen" war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, das Zimmer sehr sauber und Reinigung etc. erfolgte nur auf Wunsch, dann aber sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ein lohnenswerter Besuch!

Die Lage des Mövenpick-Hotels ist perfekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine U-Bahnstation, die einen innert wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum bringt. Das Hotel im ehemaligen Wasserturm ist einfach faszinierend.
