Es sind beispiellose Zeiten, die uns alle in eine Situation bringen, in der wir noch nie waren. Wir hatten damals Ihre Buchung nicht direkt stornieren können, da dies über Ihren Anbieter Ebookers hätte stattfinden müssen. Über Ebookers haben wir jedoch nie eine Stornierung erhalten. Leider sind uns in den Fällen, wenn Sie nicht direkt über das Hotel buchen, die Hände gebunden.
